Better Me for Women

Every year, thousands of women migrate from rural Thailand to Bangkok in search of opportunity. Most arrive with no savings, no support network, and few marketable skills. Many become trapped in unstable or unsafe jobs.

Our Better Me for Women program offers a brighter way forward. Since 2016, this free, 9-month journey has helped women build the financial literacy, job skills, personal safety awareness, and confidence they need to improve their futures.

Women attend weekly classes on their only day off, which only proves of their determination for change. We’ve spent nearly a decade refining this program for long-term results, strengthening the program to ensure each woman receives focused support and a clear path from day one.

The impact is measurable: 57% average income increase, 92% feel more in control of their lives, and many go on to start businesses, earn promotions, or become mentors to others.
